Wovenpaint is an arts studio that focuses on your desire to express yourself creatively, using the familiar techniques of (but not limited to) textile and fiber art.

Owner Gwyn Marathas, is a professional textile designer, lifelong artist and weaver.  She holds a BFA in Textiles from UMass Dartmouth and has experience teaching through the college level.

Classes and presentations are designed to provide you with a way to connect with your creative self, and to socialize with other creative people-all the while learning new skills.  Basic materials are always included so you don't need to go searching for supplies.  Creating is an expression of joy-giving you a chance to expand your imagination and mind.  All ages and abilities are welcome.

One of the many benefits of thinking creatively is that this process, once connected to, begins to be used in "everyday" life as well.
