Wovenpaint fiber art studio opened in 2006. located in North Easton village, MA where Gwyn enjoyed engaging with the community, inspiring creativity by providing various classes and workshops for all. In 2010, the studio closed, so Gwyn could shift to on-line, working in her home studio. There, Gwyn/Wovenpaint participated in many local art events by offering her services, entering shows- and making art. In 2016-2017, Wovenpaint was selected by the Trustees of Reservations to be the first artist-in residence for the studio at Gov. Ames Park in Easton, MA. Gwyn spent her summer days creating art at the park...and loved interacting with park visitors! Summer 2019, Gwyn joined the Weaving & Book Arts staff at Bucks Rock arts camp, CT, working alongside other artists, inspiring many creative young people on their art journey. Now back in home studio. Gwyn's looking forward to more art adventures with Wovenpaint studio...in whatever form it takes.
